Rohnert Park Anti-Casino Movement We're spending lots of time in Rohnert Park talking about the negative impact of the proposed casino there. Putting a casino in the heart of that city will turn it into a modern-day boomtown, and drastically change our way of life in the North Bay. Unlike how this district got into this mess, we're backing up the anti-casino rhetoric with action.      Education is the Key to National Security I've been regularly visiting Sonoma State University. The students are facing some tough decisions with the current cutbacks. School now costs more and will take longer to complete because of class size cutbacks and budget cuts. My proposal for redefining Homeland Security making education a priority makes sense to these future leaders. Campaign Work Thanks to an incredible group of friends and supporters, we've been able to reach out to absentee voters. After hundreds of calls and emails, it's obvious Sonoma and Marin voters want a change. Launch Event What a night! Rollin Post, famed political reporter, endorses our campaign saying he's ready for change because nothing's getting done under the incumbent's watch. Along with local candidate for supervisor, Noah Griffin, volunteers and local leaders showed up to support our call for change. MLK Celebration Marin City hosted a great MLK celebration this year. Because of our long-term friendships and commitment to the Marin City community, the campaign has been enjoying very strong support from the citizens. We expect to do well in Marin City.
